Hamzat, Wale Raji To Commission New Road, Primary Healthcare Centre, Market In Epe on Thursday
LAGOSTREND reports that Hon. Wale Raji, the Member of House of Representatives for Epe Federal Constituency, is set to commission three newly completed projects in the Epe Division of Lagos State.
The projects are the Iraye Primary Healthcare Center, Mojeda Market, Mojoda Eredo, and Siwola Road, Odo-Siwola, Eredo.
They were facilitated as part of Raji’s constituency projects for 2022.
The lawmaker will commission the events at an event scheduled to hold on Thursday, by 10am, at the Iraye Primary Health Care Center, Iraye. Eredo LCDA Epe.
In an invitation letter sighted by LAGOSTREND, the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat will be in attendance as the Special Guest of Honour.
“I write to humbly invite you to the commissioning of the above listed projects facilitated by me as part of my constituency projects for year 2022,” the letter reads.
“His Excellency the deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat has graciously accepted to be the Special Guest of Honor at the event.”
The project commissioning is consistent with Raji’s promise not to relent in facilitating meaningful development to all parts of Epe Federal Constituency following his reelection for an unprecedented third term in February 2023.
During the lawmaker’s time in the House of Representatives, here are some of the projects he has facilitated:
¶ Construction of a market at Ayetoro, where 66 lock-up shops are nearing completion.
¶ Construction of Vocational centre at Ilara, Epe.
¶ Building of Recreation centre in Agbowa, which is over 80% completed.
¶ Construction and equipment of an 81-computer capacity ICT Centre at Ogunmodede College in Epe.
¶ Construction of a fully furnished 100-bed capacity hostel in Epe Grammar School, Epe.
¶ Distribution of tricycles, generators, cash grants and other equipment under the Wale Raji continuous empowerment programme.
¶ Construction and furnishing of a block of 6 classrooms at Odomola Secondary School, Odomola, Eredo LCDA.
¶ Construction and furnishing of a block of 6 classrooms at LG Primary School, Noforija Eredo LCDA.
¶ Construction of Science Laboratory at Igbooye Community High School, Igbooye, Eredo LCDA.
¶ Installation of high-capacity solar streetlights in different parts of Epe.
¶ Construction and furnishing of a block of 6 classrooms at Army High School Epe.
¶ Construction and furnishing of a block of 6 classrooms at Odo-Obara High School Epe.
¶ Construction and furnishing of a block of 6 classrooms at the site of the new School in Temu, Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA.
¶ Construction and furnishing of a block of 6 classrooms at Agbowa Community Grammar School, Agbowa, Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA.
¶ Construction and furnishing of a block of 3 classrooms at Odo-Ayandelu High School, Odo-Ayandelu, Ikosi-Ejinrin.
¶ Construction of Teachers’ Staff Quarters at Orugbo, Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA.
¶ Construction and furnishing of a block of 3 classrooms at Oriba, Epe.
¶ Construction and furnishing of a block of 2 classrooms with toilets and hand pump borehole at LG Primary School, Aboriji, Epe.
